Our homes
Places, not product
Every home here is somewhere we would happily send our own families for a week. Most are within two hours of a capital city, and almost all of them are near water.
What they have in common
Room to spread out. A kitchen you can actually cook in, with more than one person standing in it. Beds made up with proper linen before you arrive. Somewhere to hang eleven wet towels.
The houses range from a studio a block from the surf to a thirteen-bedroom estate on a hundred hectares. What does not change is that you get the whole place to yourself.
Where they are
Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, Melbourne, Surfers Paradise, Adelaide, South Coast NSW, Elsewhere in Australia. The Central Coast is where most of them are — lake houses with jetties, beach cottages, and a few big places that swallow an entire extended family without anyone tripping over each other.
Arriving
You get your door code and directions a few days before you travel, so there is no meeting anyone in a car park with a key. Check in is usually from 3pm. If you are going to be late, or you need a cot, or the flight has landed early and you are hoping to drop bags — say so, and we will sort it.
Booking straight with us
The listing apps add a guest service fee to every booking. We don’t, so the same house on the same nights costs less here. You also get a number that reaches a person rather than a queue.
See every home, or tell us who’s coming and we’ll narrow it down for you.
