What we collect

When you make a booking we collect the details needed to hold and service it: your name, contact details, stay dates and guest numbers. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this site.

How we use it

To confirm and service your stay, to contact you about that stay, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with letting a property.
