When can I check in and out?
Usually in from 3pm, out by 10am. The exact times for your house are on its page and in your confirmation. If you need longer, ask — quite often it is fine.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most take two nights, more over holidays and long weekends. The calendar on each page knows the real minimum for the dates you pick and will tell you if a selection will not work.
How is payment taken?
Payment is processed securely at checkout. You will see the full total, including cleaning and any taxes, before you confirm.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on the property and how close to arrival you are. The terms that apply to your booking are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can you take a larger group than the listed capacity?
No — the number on each page is the real cap, set by council approval and insurance. If your group is bigger, ask us. There is often a larger house nearby, or two on the same street.
Are the photos of the actual home?
Yes. Every photograph is of that exact house — not a similar one, not a render. Where a home has a video or a 3D walkthrough you can look around it properly before you book.
