Damages — The security deposit covers any damage or loss caused during your stay.

Dining & Local Eats

The nearest restaurants and cafés are a short 5–10 minute drive away. Here are a few local favourites worth checking out:

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours after 10 PM — please be respectful of neighbours
• Clean dishes and appliances after use
• Turn off lights and AC when not in use
• Return keys to the lockbox at checkout
• No Smoking — Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 AUD penalty.
• No Pets — Pets are not permitted. Violations will result in a penalty charge.
• No Parties — Guests are welcome to have visitors, but loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Penalties apply for noise complaints, damage, or excessive mess.
• Self Check-In — Instructions will be sent one day before your arrival. Read them carefully and reach out if you need any help.
• Lost Keys/Access Devices — Keys and access cards are your responsibility from check-in. Replacement cost is $300 per set. Lockout attendance fee is $100 (alternatively, you may contact a local locksmith).
