The home features a spacious open-plan living and dining area designed for comfort and connection. Timber floors add warmth throughout, while the inviting wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect setting for cosy evenings. A Smart TV provides entertainment, and the large dining table comfortably accommodates shared meals and long, relaxed gatherings.

Kitchen

The designer kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring an oversized island bench that naturally becomes the centre of conversation. Equipped with quality appliances, it is ideal for entertaining and preparing meals together as a group.

Outdoor Grounds - Resort-Style Living

Step outside and the estate truly unfolds.

Spend summer afternoons by the sparkling magnesium mineral therapy pool while the kids enjoy the private playground. Fire up the BBQ on the covered deck, or gather around the open fire pit as the sun sets behind the bush escarpment.

Surrounded in complete privacy and bordered by Bouddi National Park, wander the expansive bush grounds observing native wildlife and listening to the calming sounds of resident bell-birds. Wake to resident bunnies running across the grass, water dragons lazing by the pool, or, if you’re up early enough, a local deer or wallaby wandering the grounds. Take your breakfast on the outdoor alfresco area, head to the beach for a surf or family day, then return to soak your body after a day at the beach. The bushland surrounds provide a sense of calm and privacy rarely found in coastal homes.

MacMasters Beach is only a 10-minute walk along the beautiful naturistic lagoon track, placing you a leisurely stroll from Copacabana and Macmasters beaches. This is the place to relax and unwind in nature and create a truly memorable holiday for the whole family.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand
• No parties allowed
• There is a noise monitor at the property. Tampering with it will incur a penalty.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive waste left in the property

Guests have access to the entire home.

The shed at the back of the property is not accessible.
