Main Residence
Step inside a home that radiates calm and sophistication.
The graceful timber staircase, high ceilings and polished hardwood floors make a striking first impression, while large windows fill the interiors with light and connect the indoors with the lush outdoors.
Ground Floor
Step into the living room where large picture windows on both sides fill the room with natural light. One side opens to the lush gardens, and the other overlooks the open playground area. Enjoy friendly competition at the pool table or simply unwind with family and friends.
Head to the media room to watch your favourite movies on the big screen.
Designed with families in mind, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space provides a generous setting for entertaining and connection.
Fifth Bedroom - 1 x Double Bed with a walk-in-robe and an ensuite
An additional bathroom and washing facilities are also available on this floor.

As you climb up the timber staircase, you'll come across an expansive living area bathed in natural light.
A beautiful bay window with a built-in window seat overlooks the water fountain and the lush gardens.

A third bathroom includes a shower and a corner spa bath with jets for ultimate relaxation. There is also a separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom.
BBQ House
This single-level guest unit features a private entrance and a full-size BBQ area, complete with plenty of space to grill dinner and enjoy relaxed outdoor meals with family. Step outside and stroll towards the back of the house, where you’ll find two well-equipped bathrooms, stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Surrounded by lush greenery, a playground, and a sandpit, the BBQ House offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly fun.
House Rules
- Please respect the property and neighbours.
- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside and outside the property.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
- Parties will incur a penalty.
- Pets are not allowed
- No overnight stays beyond 12 guests
- Luggage drop-off available on request
- Pool and storage sheds are off limits
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property — including both homes, the playground area and private parking.
The pool is under construction and is not accessible to the guests.

The property is still undergoing renovations, so some areas are not yet finished. There is plenty of seating and good space for gatherings, and the property has a lot of potential. Looking forward to seeing it once all the improvements are completed.
