Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, the laundry, the outdoor deck and entertaining space, with room for two cars in driveway & additional off-street parking.

We had a beautiful weekend staying here! The location is absolutely perfect, and the house was lovely - everything you need for a fun, special weekend away. Paddle boards and hot tub were a great addition, and the view was second to none. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy again.

It was our first time staying at Summerland Point, and it did not disappoint. Your house was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked to make our stay just right. The kids especially loved the kayak and standup paddle boards. We loved the private jetty for ease of use of our boat each day, and fishing. Relaxing in the hammock or the outdoor lounges by the water, was just perfect. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely stay again
