The cozy living area features a couch and plenty of seating for family and friends.

The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen counter seats 4 people. The dining area’s panoramic window fills the room with natural light and offers breathtaking views.

Please note that the pool is currently not operational and is not available for guest use. Due to maintenance issues, the pool has been temporarily closed to ensure the safety of all guests.

• No smoking.
• No parties allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Pets are allowed upon request. An $80 fee/pet will be charged.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty.
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself.

The fireplace is currently out of order and cannot be used. Please do not attempt to light a fire. We are arranging a replacement in the coming months. Thanks for your understanding!
