Located in the hallway, the laundry features a Hisense 7.5kg washing machine and vacuum cleaner. (Please note: no dryer available at this stage.)

Parking is simple and stress-free. Guests have access to a secure on-site garage that fits one car, and additional free on-street parking with no time restrictions.

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
- No parties allowed.
- Small gatherings are subject to approval.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the bathroom (located between the bedrooms), kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, and laundry. You’ll also have access to the private garage with space for one car.
