Step outside to a waterfront paradise. The covered entertaining deck overlooks the pool and Brisbane Water — perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee or sunset drinks as boats drift by. The sparkling swimming pool sits right on the waterfront with uninterrupted water views, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a manicured garden.

The home offers generously sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled with warm coastal touches.

The master bedroom features an upholstered headboard, bedside lamps and a refined, restful atmosphere — a true retreat at the end of the day.

Additional bedrooms are bright and inviting, with exposed timber beams, vaulted ceilings and natural light. Several rooms offer water glimpses, and the relaxed coastal décor — from blue linens to rattan accents — ensures every guest feels right at home.

Bathrooms service the home, including:

• A character bathroom with bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a day on the water

House Rules

• Please respect the property and neighbours.
• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty.
• Parties will incur a penalty.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

Guests will have full access to the entire home.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.

Superhostly reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
