Kitchen & Dining on each of the Upper Floor and Lower Floor. Coffee table on each floor can be converted into an additional dining table with 4 separate seats.

Appliances: Fully equipped with an Air Fryer, Coffee Machine, Milk Frother, Kettle, and Toaster.

Facilities: Dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave and a large refrigerator for group catering, including children's utensils

Dining: Large indoor seating area plus outdoor lounge area.

Bathroom & Laundry

• Multi-function shower unit with handheld hose, side jets and rain shower
• Smart toilet with heated automatic seats and flushing. Bidet function available.
• Double-sink vanity with smart mirror shaving cabinet and mounted hairdryer in one bathroom per floor
• Single-sink vanity with smart mirror shaving cabinet and Combo Washer/Dryer (10/6kg capacity) per floor
• Laundry basket, pegs, clothes airer provided
• Foldable stool provided

House Rules

• Please respect the property and neighbours
• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty
• Parties will incur a penalty
• Please clean the BBQ and ensure gas is shut off after usage
• Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand
• Be respectful to neighbours when using the shared jetty.
• Please turn off A/C, lights and appliances before leaving

Note:

The outdoor deck is not waterproof from the level above, so water may pass through during rain or spills. Please avoid leaving wet items, buckets, or containers outside, use water carefully when cleaning or watering plants, and bring furniture and cushions indoors during rain to help protect the deck and the space below.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself.

Guests do not have access to:

Area underneath the house (not for recreational use)

To access the shared jetty, please walk down the left side of the property.
