This brand new single level home sits in a quiet street in Crangan Bay, on the southern edge of Lake Macquarie. Everything is on one floor, so it suits families with little ones, older guests and anyone who would rather skip the stairs.

The living area opens out to the backyard, so you can keep an eye on the kids while dinner is on. Mornings are slow here. Grab a coffee, sit outside and listen to the birds coming out of the bush.

Catherine Hill Bay beach is about 15 minutes away for a surf, and the calm water at Murrays Beach is a lovely spot for a swim with younger kids. Come back, rinse off the sand and settle in.
