- Strictly no parking on the driveway to the Jetty.
- No indoor smoking
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
- No parties allowed.
- Small gatherings are subject to approval.
- Pets are not allowed.`
- Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
- Please note that the property has one bedroom with air conditioning, while the remaining rooms use fans.
Guests will have full access to the entire home EXCEPT for:
1. Main bedroom walk-in robe

We had a great stay here. It's perfect setup for a group weekend. The BBQ, pool table and table tennis kept everyone entertained, and the backyard was lovely (especially for sunrise). Location is convenient, with plenty of spots within a short drive. Only suggestion is that the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster.
