Self Check-In

Guests can check in independently. Keys are collected from the Be My Guest Melbourne concierge, located a short walk from the apartment. Detailed collection instructions will be sent before your arrival.

Guests can access the entire property including the pool, gym, and steam room.

📌 Key Collection: Before arriving at the apartment, keys must be collected from our designated concierge location nearby. For security purposes, all guests are required to provide a valid photo ID before check-in instructions are released.

📌 Travelling with a Larger Group? If your group exceeds five guests, we also manage a nearby 2-bedroom apartment in the adjacent building that can accommodate up to four additional guests. Please get in touch to check availability.

Note there is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
