- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

- Small gatherings are subject to approval.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay.

It's a great location, central and easy to access. It's spacious. It has all the amenities you could need. It has a great view. It's comfortable. Food is nearby, either downstairs, across the street, or from the nearby store if you feel like making your own. Transport is easy, driving (2 secure parking spots) or public. Communication and instruction was prompt and easy to understand. Cost was very reasonable given the value. Really, I'm not sure we could have done better in this area or most areas for that matter.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfect three-bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with everything in Gosford just a short distance away, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made check-in completely stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient accommodation in Gosford.

Almost fit for a family with young kids and equally appealing for a young family without kids. Not to mention I can also picture a Couple or anyone who loves a beautiful backdrop of forest or a vibrant lake. Attention to details - kids stool in toilet - ample kitchen accessories - double car parking - off time key collection and drop off - all worked in favour. Ideal location with access to nearby shops, kids play areas, hospital, public transport and not more than 30mn drive to beautiful beaches and waterfalls. much appreciated for this service. Thanks.

If you are heading to Gosford, look no further than Alexander’s place! Great location, felt very secure, and was spacious with fantastic views. Had everything we needed for a perfect stay with many amenities very close by. We would definitely stay again.
