The upper level provides a quiet retreat with three bedrooms. A small sitting area provides a comfortable nook for reading, relaxing or enjoying some quiet time.

These bedrooms share the main upstairs bathroom.

House Rules

• Please respect the property and neighbours.
• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty
• Parties will incur a penalty.
• Small dogs are allowed on the ground floor - pet fee $80/pet
• Please clean the BBQ after usage
• Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself.

Guests do not have access to:

2. Locked cupboards

3. Locked section in garage
