House Rules

• Please respect the property and neighbours.
• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty.
• Parties will incur a penalty.
• Please clean the BBQ after usage. Not cleaning will incur a cleaning fee
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

As the property is located opposite the street to a train line, guests may experience some train noise during their stay.
