You’ll enjoy modern comforts – a fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs kitchenette, three study desks, high-speed Wi-Fi and family-friendly extras like a cot, high chairs, portable heaters and kids’ dinnerware. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of cozy seating make it easy to relax after a day outdoors.
Step outside to the expansive backyard with a firepit (BYO wood) and plenty of space for kids and pets. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring San Remo and the surrounding beaches, lakes, and national parks.

- Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty
- Loud parties will incur a penalty.
- Pets are permitted, and a fee of $80/pet will be charged before your check-in. Please reach out to us if you have more than one pet.
- Pets are required to stay at the lower level and the backyard. They are not allowed at the upper level of the house.
- Please bring your own wood for the firepit
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
- Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the locked wardrobe in the garage.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house is older but has been beautifully renovated, especially the first floor, which is modern, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 6, with plenty of bedrooms and enough space for everyone. Alex was an exceptional host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they even called before check-in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or needed assistance. They were always responsive and proactive throughout our stay. One gesture we really appreciated was the late check-out. Alex kindly extended our check-out time from 10am to 12pm so we could finish watching the FIFA match. At check-out, guests are asked to provide a photo showing where the keys were returned. I accidentally forgot to take the photo, but Alex was very understanding and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you Alex for your wonderful hospitality.

Great deal and close to shopping centre! Situated right on the lake it’s a peaceful spot looking out over the balcony seeing the water and many swans! Place was as described and the host was extremely responsive! Would come back here again!

We booked this place last minute because we were stuck but was highly impressed by how responsive the superhostly team was from leaving instructions to how to check in and progressively over the weekend our stay was smooth no hustle the house was clean and delivered in what was advertised honestly more it was homely clean and staying here salvaged our weekend will gladly stay here again

We had such a wonderful weekend stay here. The accommodation was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly peaceful — exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning and made our stay even more special. What stood out the most was the host’s amazing hospitality. They were always responsive, kind, and happy to help with any questions we had at any time, which made us feel so welcome and looked after. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!
