Self-check-in. Key pick-up from Be My Guest Melbourne concierge, just a short walk away. Instructions will be provided upon booking.

Guests can access the entire property including the pool, gym, and steam room.

📌 PLEASE NOTE: Key collection is offsite and must be picked up from our designated concierge location before heading to the apartment. We request a copy of your ID for verification purposes.

📌 PLEASE NOTE: If you need accommodations for more than 5 guests, we have a 2-bedroom unit in a separate building that can accommodate additional 4 guests. Both buildings are located right beside each other. Please contact us for availability.

Note there is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of check out. The reasons Superhostly may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
