Every bedroom has a king bed, so no one in your group draws the short straw. The open-plan living and dining area flows straight into the kitchen, keeping whoever's cooking part of the conversation — breakfast before the beach, board games after dinner. A separate study nook lets you slip away for a call or catch up on a little work, and the sofa bed in the living area adds flexible space for extra guests or the kids who want a late movie night.

A Sonos sound system is installed throughout the interior and exterior of the home, controlled from the in-house phone. Pick a playlist in the kitchen and let it follow you out to the backyard — slow mornings, long lunches and evenings outside all sound better for it.

You'll enjoy modern comforts — a fully equipped kitchen, a study desk, high-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of cosy seating to relax in after a day outdoors.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, safe for kids and pets to roam and the natural spot for an afternoon drink once the beach towels are hung up. It's an easy base for exploring Lake Haven's shops, Charmhaven's restaurants and the Central Coast's beaches, lakes and national parks.
