Very happy with the stay and will come again when next visiting Newcastle. Positive: Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable had an ensuite. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Negative: N/A

Lovely staff, convenient location, surprisingly quiet. Positive: The staff were lovely in accommodating us, the room was newly renovated, clean, modern and comfortable. Negative: Not a big issue, but there are stairs to contend with if you have a lot of luggage.

lovely renovated hotel, friendly staff and easy check in. bar & food looked nice (we only had 1 drink) good security codes, parking out front or on the e road, which was easy. bus stop close by, cafe & other pubs. very clean rooms & bedding. definitely stay here again, we had an ensuite room.
