The home

Set on quiet, leafy grounds well away from the noise of the city, this striking estate pairs calm with a touch of luxury — the kind of place where the whole group can finally exhale.

Indoors, the kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, coffee machine included, so long lunches and slow breakfasts are easy. The generous lounge is made for winding down, with a Smart TV plus a DVD/Blu-ray player for movie nights, and there's a complete internal laundry so you can travel light.

Outside, the private pool is yours alone, and the BBQ is set up for alfresco dinners against a backdrop of open green space. The grounds are wide enough for milestone celebrations, group games or a big family get-together.

Gosford City Centre is only about 10 minutes' drive, while Terrigal Beach and The Entrance sit roughly 20 minutes away for surf, sand and seaside dining. Bushwalks and local parks are close by for anyone who likes to start the day outdoors.

For an easy day trip, catch the scenic ferry across to Woy Woy and browse the local shops and cafes. Relaxed or adventurous, The Valley Way makes a comfortable, peaceful base for the whole stay.

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
