- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Wamberal Oasis! Check-in was seamless. The house is beautiful and in a quiet, perfect location, just a few minutes' drive from Terrigal Beach. It's perfect for the family. The amenities are excellent, especially the bathroom's heated flooring—perfect for a cold winter day. In fact, you won't even want to leave the house! Excellent hosting by Alexander. A++++ Highly recommended."

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very spacious and modern. There were many entertainment areas for both adults and children. Home was filled with books and games and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Bathrooms and rooms were stunning and heated floors were comforting in the cold weather. Already looking forward to the next time we stay here!
