• Please respect the property and neighbours.
• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty.
• Parties will incur a penalty.
• Please clean the BBQ after usage.
• Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 2:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Maximum 4 guests.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

Park at the drive way of Empire Bay Road at the top or drive down the drive way.

Note (Due to the steep driveway it require some confidence to drive down. if not confidence park at top of driveway.)

A tip to not use washing machine, stove and oven and dishwasher at the same time. Can cause a electrical trip.

In summer month there is alots of mosquito a day flies so make sure you close the doors fast and keep the flyescreen close when open.

Be aware that the water in shower can get hot fast until it adjust to its temperature.

• Unfortunately no access with a wheelchair.
• Stairs that leading down to the house entry require some mobility to get down.
• Back of house are strairs leading down to Rickard Road. A short walking distance to the lake ramp from the bottom (Rickard Road) Note: Supervise kids when walk down as it can be slippery and no rails down there.
