House Rules

Notice:

Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Any violations may be reported to the authorities and could result in eviction.

• Please respect the property and neighbours.
• Strictly no parking on the driveway to the Jetty.
• No indoor smoking
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are not allowed.

Guests will have full access to the property, including the main house and the separate lower-level. The supply closet is not accessible to guests.

Property Access & Jetty Use

Guests are permitted to use only the designated areas of the property they have booked. Please do not enter or use the other house if it is not part of your booking, as this would be considered trespassing.

The jetty is a shared facility between the Main House and the Waterfront House. Guests should expect it to be used by others during their stay and are kindly asked to respect shared access at all times.

We want all our guests to enjoy the property as originally presented. Therefore, guests are required to provide a holding deposit (not deducted unless there are damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property).

• Lost keys
• Call-out fee for lockouts
• Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by us)
• Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning
• House rules violations
• Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
• Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
• Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
