• Quiet hours after 10 PM — be respectful of neighbours
• Clean all dishes and appliances after use
• Turn off lights and AC when not in use
• Return keys to the lockbox at checkout
• No Smoking — Evidence of smoking incurs a $500 AUD penalty
• No Pets — Violations result in a penalty charge
• No Parties — Noise complaints, damage, or excessive mess will incur penalties
• Self Check-In — Instructions sent one day before arrival. Read carefully and reach out if needed
• Lost Keys/Access Devices — Replacement cost is $300 per set. Lockout attendance fee is $100
• Damages — Security deposit covers any damage or loss during your stay
• Kefi at Koolewong (2 min drive) — A waterfront Greek restaurant right on Brisbane Water Marina. Known for chargrilled octopus, fresh seafood, saganaki, and cocktails. Live music every Friday from 4 PM. Rated 4.7★
• Humble Table Koolewong (walking distance) — A relaxed local café serving real coffee and good food. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM. A great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch.
• Hungry Wolf's — Tascott (~5 min drive) — Authentic Italian pizzas and pastas. A local favourite for a laid-back dinner out.
• Boathouse Bar & Dining — Koolewong (~3 min drive) — A landmark waterfront venue with Hamptons-style décor and uninterrupted Brisbane Water views. Great for a special occasion.

1. Please note that the garage is not available for parking.

2. Elevator is not accessible for the guest, unless you arranged when booking. Unauthorized use, including improper or unauthorized activation of the emergency button, shall incur a penalty fee of $880.
