Ground Floor

The combined living room, dining area and kitchen overlooks the glistening Brisbane Waters and the private jetty. The living area features a Smart TV, oversized sectional sofa, two comfy chairs and an indoor fireplace. The dining area seats 8 people, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for your stay.

The level also features a powder room, adjacent to the laundry facilities.

Step outside on the deck and experience the beauty of the lake while sitting on the comfortable outdoor couches in the corner. Enjoy grilling your favourite meals and sharing them with your loved ones on the outdoor dining area.

Upper Floor

Master Suite - 1 x Queen Bed with an ensuite, a huge walk-in robe and a living room/parents retreat. The bedroom faces the waterfront and has a private deck.

Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds

Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed

This level includes one bathroom in the main hallway.

The level also features a study nook, fully equipped with a PC and a 27" monitor, webcam and speakers, perfect for WFH usage or corporate bookings.

The property includes 2 adult kayaks and 1 child kayak, conveniently stored along the side of the house. For safety, life jackets are provided and can be found hanging in the garage.

House Rules

• Strictly no pets allowed
• Please respect the tranquillity of the property and our neighbors – Hence noisy parties are not allowed – noise monitors are fitted.
• Be aware that the fireplace shares a 45kg gas bottle with the gas stove, so excessive use will run the risk of gas running out for cooking! The fireplace uses approximately 1kg gas / hr.
• Please notify us immediately after switching to the backup gas bottle so we can arrange a replacement (delivery can take up to 5 days during holiday periods)
• Please be careful when using the jetty. Keep your children safe and ensure that you are not under the influence.
• Strictly no smoking indoors
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• To respect the tranquil environment and our neighbors, boom box / amplified music is not permitted outdoors at any time
• *Notes: As the property is located on the waterfront, more insects can be attracted to lights during this season. We kindly ask that you please keep the sliding flyscreen doors at the veranda closed and ensure the main front wooden door is also kept closed, especially from sunset onwards, to help prevent insects from coming inside.

Guests will have access to everything except for the 5th bedroom and other locked areas used for storage, maintenance, securing of garden tools & equipment, etc.

Guests are welcome to use the private jetty and the berthing facilities (excluding slipway), whether it be to do a spot of fishing, berthing a small boat or just to take in the scenery! However, please consider the typical safety risks for people and/or property associated with any waterfront property and jetty/pier. For clarity, usage of the facilities is at our guests’ own risk. Only experienced boaters should consider using the berthing facilities as any damage to the structure or vessel will be to the account of the primary guest. As mentioned in the safety section of this listing, extra care should be taken during adverse weather conditions (including during moderate or stronger winds). Always err on the side of caution!
