The second home is a single-level retreat with step-free access, an open-plan living/dining area, a modern kitchen, and sliding doors leading directly to the jetty.

Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Any violations may be reported to the authorities and could result in eviction.
- Please respect the property and neighbours.
- Strictly no parking on the driveway to the Jetty.
- No indoor smoking
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
- Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
- No parties allowed.
- Small gatherings are subject to approval.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
Guests will have full access to both homes, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, balconies, the backyard, private jetty, and kayaks. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site. The supply closet is not accessible to guests.

Alexander and co-hosts were quick to respond to all of my questions and were very accommodating to our needs. The beautiful and peaceful waterfront looked just like the photos. It was absolutely amazing to wake up to the view with the sun glistening on the water. The family went kayaking and had so much fun as they provided quite a few so they a few of us were able to go together. The home was very close to local shops so if we needed anything all we had to do was drive down the road. We had a big family so the space and rooms was well enough for us all. Great little getaway thanks to the hosts.

We had a lovely two night stay. Having the two separate buildings was perfect for our extended family, and the single-level waterfront cottage was ideal for my elderly father. The waterfront location was beautiful and gave the property a real resort feel. Everything was modern, clean and spotless. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and the property was perfect for our large group. The water views are stunning, and we really enjoyed making use of the kayaks. Alex was a wonderful host —friendly, helpful and responsive. Minor things to be aware of: the rail line is across the road so you can hear the occasional train noise at night, and the front main house doesn’t have direct back access to the backyard, so you’ll need to walk up and down the driveway. Neither took away from an otherwise wonderful stay, but they’re worth noting for future guests. Overall, a beautiful property and a great experience. We’d happily stay again!

Came here for my 30th bday with 16 friends and Alexander was so helpful promptly answering all of my many questions about cutlery/bedroom configurations as well as recommending an excellent private chef! This Airbnb is perfect for a big group as the two houses don’t make it feel too busy and the little granny flat gives an extra bit of privacy. The Airbnb has everything you could need inc a bbq and was very clean. Plenty of parking and only 20 mins to walk into Woy Woy, the jetty is beautiful too!! Really excellent value and a great experience, thanks!

Alex and the team were exceptional and exceeded my expectations with communication. The location was beautiful and serene and it was a wonderful weekend away with friends. There were little hiccups during our stay but they were very responsive and accomodating. I would recommend staying here again

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for larger groups! Finding an Airbnb that accepted our group size was challenging, but we were so lucky to find this property. Alex was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and made the whole process seamless. The house was clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beds, spotless bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful waterfront view was a highlight, and waking up to the peaceful scenery while having access to kayaks made our stay even more memorable. The entertainment setup was fantastic, with Netflix available on all TVs, and the location was perfect with nearby activities and restaurants. Alex was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. His flexibility and hospitality made our stay seamless and welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience; we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group and would happily stay again.
